Airline shipping is very reliable.  Our shipping fees to major airports are now typically $195 complete with exam, health certificate, crate, towel, bowls.

Our flat fee for shipping of domestic cats is $195 to major US airports.   Serval cats are $350 for grown cats and $195 for a kitten.  The shipping fee includes the airline carrier charges, the veterinarian examination, and veterinarian documentation fees, the veterinarian rabies shot for kittens 12 weeks and older, the shipping container, 2 empty bowls and padding, and the approximate 3 hours of our time to facilitate shipping.  We love to sell kittens in pairs, and the good news about shipping is that we will ship a second kitten in the same litter at the same time for just $50 more.  The pair of kittens of the same litter must be under 6 months.   The extra $50 is for an additional vet exam and rabies shot.  Our kittens come with all shots to date for their age.  We do not normally give our kittens or cats' rabies shots, and only the veterinarian documented rabies shot qualifies for shipping.  Shipping  has temperature restrictions as to when pets can be shipped.  Generally, kittens can be shipped most of the time.   You must agree to be at the receiving airport to pick the kitten up at the time of arrival.

Our shipping fee to commuter airports when shipping to those airports is available is just $230.  This includes all of the above entities listed above.  If Continental Airlines Pets goes to the airport we consider it a major airport and the fee is $195 and includes those costs listed above, and if another airline must be  used, the fee is $230.  If you have a choice of airports that are near you, the major airport will save you  money and more likely your kitten will arrive on time.

Shipping is limited to within the United States and Canada.  Shipping to Canada will be a reflection of our costs and may be slightly more.

If you live in a nearby state, consider driving.  What you save on the shipping will pay for a lot of gasoline. You will be able to inspect our cattery, see and, if you wish, handle our studs and queens.  Check the parents of the kittens you are interested in for yourself.  We strive to give all of our cats excellent care and would love to show you our cattery.

Shipping Carriers comments:

Continental Pets [QUICKPACK]  This is our favorite shipper for our kittens and cats.  Their costs are normally $110.  They are very reliable and easy to do business with.  If Continental goes to the airport you want, it is more likely that they can schedule your pet on the day you want then any other airline that we have found.  This airline seems to shift to different hubs during adverse weather and this seems to help then to get the kitten to its destination under adverse weather where other airlines do not adopt for the weather conditions.  Kittens never go directly to the destination airport even though Continental may have direct flights to the destination airport from Phoenix.  Continental has a great record for getting our kittens to destination airports on time.  For larger kittens and cats the Continental fee is $175.

Delta Airlines Pets  Delta is a very major shipper for pets.  They go to more airports, probably then any other shipper of pets.  They are easy to do business with, but more expensive, typically about $175.  They may be booked up on the day you want and are less likely to be able to get your pet to its destination in very cold or hot weather.  They always seem to ship the pet to Atlanta first before to its destination airport.

Alaska Airlines Pets  This airline will ship in any weather!  It hand carries the pet onto and off of the plane in extreme conditions. It is reasonable in price and goes to smaller airports.  If shipping is from the westren United States to the westren United States, Alaska Airlines can be the best answer!

SkyWest Pets.  They are hard to do business with.  Often an answering machine answers the phone and you leave your name and number for them to call you back.  They may only go to the airport you want with pets once a week and do not book flights more  then 24 hours in advance.  Typical cost is $175.

NorthWest Pets.  They are expensive.  Typical cost is $285 to book a flight for less then 24 hours in advance.  This is not compatible with how we like to ship with the vet exam the day before the flight.

We do business with Continental first, and then Delta, and try very hard to avoid doing business with the smaller airlines shipping pets.
