PURCHASE AGREEMENT FOR BENGAL AND OCICAT KITTENS.
1.
POLICY OF DEPOSITS: The Kitten will be held for the
purchaser and not sold to any other buyer until the balance due date. For this
reason, the $100.00 deposit is NOT refundable.
2. HEALTH GUARANTEE: The cat/kitten is guaranteed in good health at the time
of the sale, to the best of our knowledge. This cat/kitten comes from a Leukemia
free cattery. You may have the cat/kitten tested within the first three days of
purchase for your own verification at your own expense. Our kittens come with
their up to date immunizations, not including rabies which is the option of the
buyer. The cattery liability is limited to a replacement kitten, and does not
include any veterinarian fees. Under most
circumstances, if one of our kittens should die before the kitten is one year
old, we will
replace the kitten. The kitten must
be kept indoors and not vaccinated for
FIP. Excluded is accidental death, a widespread feline
epidemic. *Kittens sold with breeding rights are excluded from the
one year health guarantee. You have 3 days, if you choose to
take your kitten for a veterinarian examination, and if you are not satisfied
you may return the kitten for a full refund. The typical veterinarian cost
is $35. We do not pay veterinarian fees of any kind.
Should there be a health problem, don't ask us to pay any part of the bill for
treatment. If you treat the kitten it is your decision at your expense,
remember all you need pay for is the examination fee and you may return the
kitten for a full purchase price refund during the first 3 working days of
having the kitten.
*KITTENS SOLD WITH BREEDING
RIGHTS. The kitten must be quarantined for 3 days, or until
returned for a refund. If you have your veterinarian examine the kitten
and the kitten is not in good health, the kitten may be returned for a full
refund. We do not pay veterinarian fees of any kind. The
veterinarian examination must occur not after 3 days from purchasing the
kitten. Any kitten sold with breeding rights has this very
restricted health guarantee, and any kitten sold with breeding rights is
excluded from replacement. A kitten sold with breeding rights
must be returned within 3 working days if it has received an unfavorable
health report from your veterinarian. Breeding rights are more
expensive.
3. Return Policy after 3 days. If within
the first 14 days of ownership, and the purchaser is not fully satisfied, the
purchaser may return the undamaged cat/kitten, papers, unused registration form,
and book, for a 75% of the purchase price. Kittens sold as breeders may
not be returned after 3 days.
4. TERMS OF PAPERS BY T.I.C.A (Bengal's) or CFA and/or T.I.C.A for the Ocicats.
The litter has been registered. An application with instructions for
"registration of cat of a registered litter" are furnished to the
buyer, and must be mailed by the buyer with the appropriate registration fee.
The following is
used for bengal and ocicat kittens only.
A kitten sold as a pet or show alter must be spayed or neutered by 9-12
months of age. Buyer agrees to these terms by signing contract.
