Payments may be accepted within reasonable time, but kitten stays here till paid for.	Kittens come current with  shots and shot  records, registration papers,  and a health guarantee for the first year of life.   They have been raised in our bedroom with lots of attention. They sleep under the covers , and play with the other cats and kittens in our bedroom suite. They are all active, playful, healthy, curious, but most of all these are lap cats. they like lots of human attention, and are good with other animals. Breeding privileges are not usual for these champion lines but may be discussed by phone.

The ocicat was bred for its spots.  Bred from two breeds that don't produce spotted cats within the originating breeds, perhaps the most incredible thing about the ocicat  is not its wild cat looking spots, but its personality!  The ocicat wants to please its owner and will usually come when it is called!  Other cats usually come when they are called when the owner has food, but the ocicat will usually come just because he loves you and is anxious to be petted. They immediately curl around your ankles and want to be picked up and held. Purring their way into everyone's hearts, ocicats are a minority breed that are gaining in popularity.

The ocicat is a relatively quiet cat.  They are very loveable, like to follow their owners around and tend to be a lap cat.  The ocicat like the Bengal may like to splash their paws in water.  Many believe that the breedings that created the ocicat have brought back the ancient Egyptian spotted fishing cat.  The breed is growing in popularity. As more and more people become acquainted with someone elses cat, they want their own.

They are very good with children, tolerant of being played with and carried around.

Good with other animals and dogs, they quickly become the family favorite pet.

To the best of our knowledge, you are receiving a healthy cat or kitten that is up-to-date on required vaccinations.  To validate this Guarantee, you may have your own veterinarian inspect the cat within 3-5 working days of purchase and if any major illness or congenital defect  is found, you must contact us immediately, and may at your option, either (1) return the cat to us for full refund; or (2)  return the cat for a replacement cat or kitten if available; we do not pay veterinarian fees for other people, only our own!

We value the good will of our customers.  If your kitten should die of an illness within 1 year of purchase, we want to know.   In most circumstances we will replace the kitten.  Please do not expose your kitten or cats to the outdoors.  Please do not vaccinate for FIP.  The FIP  vaccination may cause FIP.

Non Refundable DEPOSITS (1/2 of price of KITTEN) ACCEPTED TO HOLD A particular KITTEN until it is ready to be placed in its new home. The purebred cats mature more slowly and should be at least 12 weeks before leaving mom and siblings.

We do not accept deposits on unborn kittens. 

 KITTENS ARE SHIPPED AFTER FULL PAYMENT INCLUDING SHIPPING FEE IS MADE; SEND CASHIER'S CHECK (OR USE PAYPAL) FOR KITTENS TO BE PROMPTLY SHIPPED ONCE THEY ARE READY.
